Casual Outdoor Orchard Reception

Located in the heart of Massachusetts’ apple country, Hyland Orchard & Brewery is a unique orchard set on a hillside in the charming town of Sturbridge. 

The beautiful hillside, with unspoiled surroundings, provide an idyllic setting for any occasion.  Always growing and ever beautiful, Hyland Orchard is the perfect location for a casual outdoor orchard wedding reception.
*Rentals only available May through August.
Base Pavilion Rental $600.00 (plus beverages and tax) will include the following:

  • Use of the 40 x 80 pavilion for a period of four hours
  • Use of the orchard grounds for pictures
  • 1- Cash bar (Beer & Wine)
  • 1- Standard portable toilet on grounds

Extras & Add Ons:








+ Additional time exceeding standard 4 hour rental:        $79.00 per hour
+ Use of our grounds for "Ceremony On The Hill:    $200.00 flat rate
+ Tables & chairs:      Tables $15 each (8ft banquet or 5 ft. round available)
                                Chairs: $2 per chair (white plastic)
                                           $4 per chair (white wood)
(Layout, Set up and Breakdown of tables and chairs is the responsibility of the renting party-.  However this service can be provided for a additonal fee based on # of guests)

+ Additonal portable toilet on grounds  $150.00
+ Additonal cash bar   $    TBD

*A minimum of 30 persons to a maximum of 150 can be accomodated.

*A deposit of $500 will be required to reserve your date.  The Balance will be due 1 week prior to your event, Payable by personal check or cash. Credit cards not accepted.
